GB WhatsApp Pro respects the intellectual property rights of others. We respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and similar laws in other jurisdictions.

Filing a notice

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice including all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorised to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. The exact URL on gbwhattspro.com where the allegedly infringing material is located.
  4. Your contact information — name, address, phone number, email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Where to send

Email the complete DMCA notice to:

What happens next

We will review your notice and, if it is complete and valid, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 7–14 business days. We will also send a copy of the notice to the user who posted the material, if applicable. Incomplete notices will be returned without action.

Counter-notice

If material you posted has been removed and you believe the removal was in error, you may file a counter-notice including all of the above elements plus a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification. Send to the same email.

Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.

Misrepresentations

Anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that material was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages under the DMCA.
